When do we receive our wedding photos?
We deliver a Sneak Peek approximately 35 days after the wedding. Full delivery takes up to 120 calendar days starting from your wedding date. However, our goal is always to deliver as early as possible, depending on our current workload.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We’re based in Mexico but travel worldwide. Whether you're getting married on the beach, in a city, or at a remote destination, we’re always ready to tell your story wherever it unfolds.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 6 to 12 months before your wedding. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during high season. But if your wedding is sooner, reach out! If we’re available, we’d love to be part of it.
How many extra hours can I buy?
One extra hour may be added to any package for flexibility. Beyond that, coverage moves seamlessly into the next package for greater value and ease.
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?
If your date changes and we’re available, we’ll happily reschedule. Cancellations are subject to our contract terms. Please ask us if you need details.
